She's doing her thing and doing it well... and I mean really well. She is an inspiration to all black entrepreneurs in online businesses. I found great advice on everything from business to beauty in a recent article that was written. Here is one thing she had to say..."Dede: I feel that African American/Black women are going through a natural and self-acceptance revolution. We no longer care what others think of us and we do what makes us happy. We know we don't have to conform to a certain standard of beauty and I think that's beautiful. Is there anything I would change...I would say to stop tearing each other" down. Let's reverse it and help build each other up.
